Using this site

Luxiva Society is a sole proprietorship in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, trading online as Luxiva Society. Continuing to browse, or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these terms and every policy linked below. If that does not suit, please leave the site.

Your login

Ordering is possible as a guest or with an account. Where you hold an account, its password is yours to protect and its activity is your responsibility. If access has been compromised, email [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend an account used fraudulently.

Currency, price and payment

All prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax. No GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued, because our turnover falls below the registration threshold. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a PIN code is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the details given.

Ownership of content

The material on this site is owned by Luxiva Society except where stated. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and appear only to describe what an item is. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability limits

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxiva Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Jurisdiction

Indian law governs these terms, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore.
