Preparing your order
Acrylic and clear organisers ship film-wrapped inside a rigid carton with fill on all sides, because surface marks are the most common reason one of these comes back. Rolling carts are flat-packed with the castors bagged and taped to the frame. Hair accessories travel in their sealed retail packs inside a padded liner so nothing is crushed under a heavier item.
The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST: before it, your order joins tonight’s pickup; after it, the next working morning. There is no dispatch on Sundays or public holidays; we pack Monday to Saturday.
Shipping coverage
Orders leave Indore, Madhya Pradesh for serviceable PIN codes anywhere in India. Our courier partners do not reach every remote PIN code, and checkout flags that before payment rather than afterwards.
We are an online-only retailer. There is no counter to collect from and no physical storefront.
What you pay for delivery
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, the same for every PIN code and every parcel size. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and there is no separate handling, fuel or packing fee.
Delivery windows
A typical order reaches a metro address in three to five business days and the rest of India in five to nine, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
Treat the windows as estimates. Couriers are affected by weather, strikes and public holidays, and we will not promise a date that is not ours to keep.
Where is my parcel
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. Use the same reference on our Track Your Order page. Three working days without an update is worth an email to [email protected] so we can follow it up.
There is no surcharge for Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes, though a small number are prepaid-only and checkout flags them.
