No charge to cancel before we pack
An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. After that it becomes a return, and the Refund and Returns Policy takes over.
Cancel before we pack
Send your order number to [email protected] during the processing stage, the 1 to 2 business days before the courier collects. Cancelling costs nothing, and any prepaid amount is refunded to the original account within 5 to 7 business days, per Reserve Bank of India settlement norms.
Once packed and picked up
We cannot retrieve a parcel from the courier network. Either refuse delivery or accept it and return it under our returns policy. Turning away a Cash on Delivery parcel before payment leaves you owing nothing.
If we have to cancel
There are times we have to cancel, such as damaged stock, a mispriced listing, or an unverifiable order. We give the reason and refund the whole amount, delivery charge and all.
Partial cancellation
Where an order has several lines and one is out of stock, we can cancel that line and send the rest — tell us which you would rather have and we will follow it.
Expect a cancellation refund within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is deducted.
