Two payment methods, deliberately

Luxiva Society accepts UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. That is the whole list, and it is deliberate.

Paid up front through your own bank’s UPI.

On arrival

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you.

All prices are shown in ₹, inclusive of applicable tax.

Ways to pay

UPI covers prepayment. You confirm in your banking app, and the order enters packing as soon as it clears.

Cash on Delivery is free to use in most serviceable areas. Remote PIN codes, and occasionally high-value orders, are prepaid-only and flagged at checkout.

What we cannot process

What we cannot process, plainly:

  • Credit cards and debit cards
  • International payment processors and wallets
  • Bank transfers arranged outside checkout
  • Post-dated cheques or instalment plans

On tax

We are below the GST registration threshold, so Luxiva Society holds no GST registration. So there is no GST charge, no GSTIN printed, and nothing added at checkout beyond delivery where that applies.

Payment data

We hold no card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials, and we do not ask for them over email or phone.

The authorisation happens entirely in your banking app. If a message asks for your PIN or an OTP, it did not come from us.

There are no hidden charges — delivery, when it applies, appears in the cart before payment.
