About the shop

Luxiva Society is a sole proprietorship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, operating online as Luxiva Society (luxivasociety.shop). We trade online-only. Packing and dispatch both happen at our unit in Indore.

Where the range came from

Most dressing tables are not short of products; they are short of somewhere to put them, and short of the small consumables that quietly disappear. Storage and consumables end up in the same basket week after week, so this catalogue carries both rather than treating them as separate departments.

Plainly, what we are

For the avoidance of doubt:

• An independent Indian online retailer selling vanity storage and hair accessories to customers across India
• A sole proprietorship trading under the name Luxiva Society
• A business that prices in rupees, ships from Indore and answers its own email

What we are not

The claims we deliberately do not make:

• Not a manufacturer, and not the brand owner of the goods we resell
• Not an authorised distributor or service centre for any manufacturer
• Not GST registered — our turnover is below the registration threshold
• Not a physical shop; we have no showroom to visit

The commitment

We describe what we actually have. Piece counts, sizes and materials are carried from the supplier’s own specification, and where a fact is missing we leave it out rather than fill the gap with a guess. Tax is included in the price, delivery appears before payment, and you have 10 days from delivery to return something.

When we get it wrong, [email protected] reaches us and we fix it with a replacement or refund, at our cost where the fault is ours.
